| plastic bag. To be used immediately after opening. Simple medium preparation: |
| add powder to near boiling water, stir to avoid clumping, add water up to final volume, |
| add gelling agent if needed and heat until gellig agent is completely dissolved, |
| dispense into culture vessels and autoclave. Ready for use after cooling. |
