| plastic bag. To be used immediately after opening. Simple medium preparation: |
| just add the powder to near boiling water, stir to avoid clumping, add water up to final |
| volume, if dispensed into several culture vessels first heat until gelling agent is dissolved, |
| fill into vessels, autoclave and let the medium cool down to be ready for use. The coconut |
| powder forms a harmless whithish precipitation on the medium surface. |
