L20086  White Vitamins, original

This is the original mix of vitamins, glycine and myo-inositol as
published by P.R. White 1963 in a paper where he recommended
to filter sterilize the vitamins and glycine and add them to the
medium after autoclaving. For this procedure a 1% stock solution
has to be prepared by dissolving 1.027 g in 10 ml hot water or
10.27 g in 100 ml hot water. 1 ml of this stock solution has to
be added per liter medium. Remaining stock solution can be stored
for a few weeks in a refrigerator, but myo-inositol might precipitate
and the crystals have to be re-dissolved by heating up the stock
solution. Mind water loss during heating!
This vitamin mix is provided as a powder and should be used
in powder form to insure maximum shelf life. This product is only
for use in plant tissue culture!
0.1027 g per liter.
Powder, packed in a light proof and airtight PP flask. Store in a
