| This is the original mix of vitamins, glycine and myo-inositol as |
| published by P.R. White 1963 in a paper where he recommended |
| to filter sterilize the vitamins and glycine and add them to the |
| medium after autoclaving. For this procedure a 1% stock solution |
| has to be prepared by dissolving 1.027 g in 10 ml hot water or |
| 10.27 g in 100 ml hot water. 1 ml of this stock solution has to |
| be added per liter medium. Remaining stock solution can be stored |
| for a few weeks in a refrigerator, but myo-inositol might precipitate |
| and the crystals have to be re-dissolved by heating up the stock |
| solution. Mind water loss during heating! |

| This vitamin mix is provided as a powder and should be used |
| in powder form to insure maximum shelf life. This product is only |
| for use in plant tissue culture! |

| cold and dry place, keep container always tighly closed. |
