| Handling and performance of Hengducell jars is easy and reliable. |
| For sowing 50 ml hot medium are filled in, the jar closed by fully |
| screwing the lid down and the jars stacked in the autoclave. After |
| cooling down and solidifying of the medium the jars are ready for |
| sowing. In laboratories and similar clean environments the jars |
| will stay contamination free for at least 6 month, provided |
| temperatures are hold on a constant level. Otherwise, and especially |
| in less clean environments simply enclose the jars in fitting plastic |
| zip-lock bags. This will insure long-term exlusion of contaminations |
| and reduces water loss of the medium. Hengducell polycarbonate |
| jars are frequently reusable and will hold many years if treated |
| properly. |
